For side meetings organized by participants during the course of the conference, 8–12 September 2025, the EMS has reserved extra rooms free of charge for the side meeting organizer(s).

Rooms and technical equipment

Room Lili Novy offers seating for 22 participants in U-shape and will be equipped with for hybrid meetings with a Logitech Meetup system. Room E6 offers seating for 20 participants in U-shape for onsite meetings.

Laptops will not be provided and must be brought by the organizer of the side meeting. Furthermore, please be aware that zoom access will not be provided and has to be set up by the side meeting organizer themself, respectfully.

Booking

Please study the side meeting overview below before you make a reservation. Your request will be handled by Copernicus Meetings on a first come first served basis. Your side meeting will be scheduled in the next few days.
